New for 2015 is the first Fat Tire Bike race sponsored by Campus WheelWorks at the Byrncliff Nordic ski resort.

Seize a rare opportunity to ride your bike at WNY’s best Nordic skiing resort, Byrncliff in Varysburg, NY. The love fest begins at 10am Valentine’s Day, February 14th. Bring your heart throb along to cheer you on or come win them some cliché V-day SWAG. You’ll have no shortage of stories to tell your sweetheart over your romantic dinner that evening if you come let Campus wheelie make your heart race!

Course Description:
100% Piston Bully groomed corduroy xc ski trails. Each Lap is approximately 5k (my GPS reads more like 2.6 miles), 390 feet of elevation gain, and a total blast!

9:00am: Registration Opens (Day of Registration is available, but pre-registration is preferred)
10:00am: Fat Bike Expert Lovers (3 Laps)
10:01am: Fat Bike Sport Lovers (2 Laps)
10:02am: Fat Bike Beginner Lovers (1 Lap)
11:00am: Open Bike Expert Lovers (3 Laps)
11:01am: Open Bike Sport Lovers (2 Laps)
11:02am: Open Bike Beginner Lovers (1 Lap)
12:00pm: Awards Ceremony

Categories are defined as follows:
A Fat Bike is any bike that has tires over 3.5”
Open Bike is for any bike that has tires less than 3.5”
Single Speed? Sorry, no one should be single on Valentine’s Day.
Choose your distance: 3 Laps Expert Lover “Barry White”, 2 Laps Sport Lover “Ricky Martin”, 1 Lap Beginner Lover “Justin Bieber”.
*Bring a second bike and race both Fat and Open Categories for only $10 more!(Register for the fat race and we will enter you in the same category in the open)

Prizes/SWAG/Awards:
Top 3 overall finishing Expert Lovers both Fat & Open will receive a cash pay-out!
Top 3 finishing Men and Women in all other races will receive awards and random Valentine’s Day SWAG!
